为了服务中国客户,发展在中国的销售网络,我们招聘中国区市场兼销售经理,该职位的工作地点在中国,要求如下:

本科以上学历,10-15年香精香料或相关产品(如:化工,医药)销售经验;

工作职责:

1.       制定和执行销售策略,增加Organica香精香料产品在中国乃至全球的销售;

2.       通过参与市场调研和分析,积极鉴别和发起能增加销售额的新产品;

3.       完成月销售任务,收集市场动态,圆满完成公司下达的任务;

4.       识别客户,定期拜访客户,提交拜访报告并负责后续追踪,提供样品并报价给潜在客户;

5.       每个季度提交市场行情报告,包括客户购买意向,地区内市场竞争情况以及客户希望公司开发的新产品等等;

6.       寻找区域内的销售合作,包括分销商和代理商。

Educational Qualification/Experience: A Bachelor / Master’sdegreewith 10-15 years’ experience in marketing ofFlavor & Fragrance ingredients or related products such as Chemicals, pharmaceuticals.

 

Job Requirement:

 

·        This person will be responsible for Formulating and executing the Strategic Plan of Organica to increase the sale of aroma ingredients, flavors and fragrances in China and international market.

·        He will be actively involved in identification and launching of new products through market research and competitive analysis to increase the sale turnover

·        This person will be responsible for monthly sales and collections forecast and achieving the same to the satisfaction of the management of the organization.

·        This person will identify and visit customers on a regular basis in the region and will provide detailed visit reports. He/She will also be responsible for the follow up of such visits in terms of providing samples and quotes to the potential customers.

·        This person will be responsible for providing market intelligence reports on a quarterly basis which will include customer buying trends, competition activities in the region, any new product that our customers would like Organica to develop for them etc.

·        This person will also be responsible for scouting for key Sales partners in the Region including key distributors and agents.
